Remove the avocado flesh from the skin and remove the pit. Roughly pull the cilantro leaves from the stems.
Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor (or add to a bowl and use an immersion blender) and blend on high until smooth.
Serve with a taco salad, tacos, burrito bowls, or your other favorite dishes!
