Avocado Cilantro Lime Taco Salad Dressing

This is the best taco salad dressing! It combines avocado, cilantro and lime for a creamy and flavorful dressing or sauce for your favorite dishes!

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • ½ cup cilantro de-stemmed
  • 1 ½ limes juiced
  • ¼ cup greek yogurt full-fat, plain
  • 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • ¼ tsp sea salt

Instructions

  • Remove the avocado flesh from the skin and remove the pit. Roughly pull the cilantro leaves from the stems.
  • Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor (or add to a bowl and use an immersion blender) and blend on high until smooth.
  • Serve with a taco salad, tacos, burrito bowls, or your other favorite dishes!

Notes

Add more olive oil or water if you want a salad dressing with a thinner consistency.
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
