Ingredients

  • ¾ cup whole milk or milk of choice
  • ¾ cup chicken bone broth
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp monkfruit sweetener or sweetener of choice
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp collagen peptides

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and whisk over medium heat until well combined and heated through (about 5 minutes).
  • Pour into your favorite mug and top with whipped cream. Enjoy!

Notes

Substitute skim milk or a plant-based milk like almond milk or soy milk instead of whole milk. 
Omit monkfruit sweetener and add more maple syrup. 
For lower calorie, omit maple syrup and add more monkfruit sweetener. 
Top bone broth hot chocolate with whipped cream, cinnamon, mini marshmallows, or a caramel drizzle.
