Slice cucumber about ½" thick and lay flat. You can leave the skin on or partially peel them depending on your preference.
Top each cucumber slice with hummus, one halved cherry tomato, mozzarella cheese, and basil leaves. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the top of the cucumber bites.
