Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 cup mango fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup pineapple fresh or frozen
  • 1 banana fresh or frozen
  • 2 tsp ginger minced

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend on high for 30-45 seconds or until smooth.
  2. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
