This cottage cheese buffalo chicken dip recipe is a healthier version of your favorite appetizer. With shredded chicken and cheese, cottage cheese, and buffalo sauce, it’s a creamy high protein buffalo chicken dip that you can feel good about serving for game day or your next girls night.
Blend cottage cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder together in a high speed blender (or using an immersion blender or food processor) until smooth.
Transfer the cottage cheese mixture to a small baking dish or pie dish. Stir in shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, Monterey jack cheese, and green onions.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until hot and bubbly. Optionally, you can broil it for 2-3 minutes at the end to get a perfectly golden and crispy top.
Top with any additional shredded cheese and green onions if desired. Serve with tortilla chips, pita chips, or fresh veggies like celery, baby carrots, or bell peppers.
