This creamy Tzatziki Sauce combines cucumbers, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, and fresh herbs. It’s the perfect addition to serve as a dip with pita bread and fresh vegetables, on a sandwich, and many more dishes!
Grate the cucumber using a cheese grater. Wrap the grated cucumber in a paper towel and squeeze out as much water as possible.
In a medium bowl, combine the cucumber, Greek yogurt, garlic, dill, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt. Taste and season with more salt if needed.
Enjoy immediately or chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
