These high protein cheesecake cups blend cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, and cream cheese into a smooth, creamy filling that's layered with fresh berries and graham cracker crumble for the perfect no-bake treat. Ingredients

  • ½ cup greek yogurt
  • cup cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • ½ tbsp maple syrup
  • 1-2 squares graham crackers crushed
  • ½ cup raspberries or strawberries

Instructions

  • Blend cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, and maple syrup together in a food processor or blender until smooth. Alternatively, you can use an immersion blender.
  • Place crushed up graham crackers at the bottom of your glass jar or bowl. Add a layer of the blended cheesecake mixture on top. Then add a layer of berries. Add alternating layers of the cheesecake mixture and berries until you've used them all up. Enjoy!

Notes

Store any leftover cheesecake cups in an airtight container or covered jar in the fridge for up to 4 days.
