Add all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend on high for 30-45 seconds or until smooth
Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!
Notes
If you use fresh fruit, add a few ice cubes to get the desired consistency and temperature. Optional: add half of a ripe banana for more sweetness.I use unflavored collagen peptides in this smoothie because it doesn't change the taste or texture of the smoothie but adds a ton of protein!For more variations and substitutions, see full blog post above.
