Stuffed Mini Sweet Peppers

These mini sweet peppers are stuffed with a healthy and flavorful Greek yogurt + cream cheese dip. They’re quick enough to whip up for a healthy weekday snack, yet impressive enough to serve as one of your go-to healthy appetizers when entertaining.

Ingredients

  • 10 mini bell pepper
  • cup greek yogurt plain
  • cup cream cheese softened
  • 2 tsp everything but the bagel seasoning

Instructions

  • De-stem the peppers and remove the seeds. Slice each pepper in half lengthwise.
  • In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, softened cream cheese, and the everything but the bagel seasoning.
  • Fill the cut peppers with with a small spoonful of the Greek yogurt mixture.
  • Sprinkle with additional everything but the bagel seasoning if desired. Enjoy!
