These mini sweet peppers are stuffed with a healthy and flavorful Greek yogurt + cream cheese dip. They’re quick enough to whip up for a healthy weekday snack, yet impressive enough to serve as one of your go-to healthy appetizers when entertaining.
De-stem the peppers and remove the seeds. Slice each pepper in half lengthwise.
In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, softened cream cheese, and the everything but the bagel seasoning.
Fill the cut peppers with with a small spoonful of the Greek yogurt mixture.
Sprinkle with additional everything but the bagel seasoning if desired. Enjoy!
