Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup frozen berries
  • 1 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup greek yogurt
  • 2 scoops protein powder
  • 2 tbsp flaxseed ground
  • 1 tbsp monkfruit sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a blender and blend for about 30 to 60 seconds until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

This smoothie is best enjoyed immediately. 
If you're using fresh berries, you'll probably want to add a few ice cubes to your blender to get the right smoothie consistency.
