What's Included?
Seven bi-weekly 1:1 sessions via Zoom where we’ll do a deep dive into your medical history, labs, symptoms, and goals to establish a personalized nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement plan. You will learn the foundations of PCOS nutrition, when to eat, how much to eat, and how to build balanced meals that you’ll love to eat. Personalized meal and snack recommendations will be provided, along with guidance on how to seamlessly implement them into your life.
The weekly check-in form allows you an opportunity to reflect on the previous week’s wins and challenges, and allows you to set small goals for the upcoming week. The weekly check-in forms are an opportunity to receive ongoing feedback and encouragement as you build healthy habits.
For when those random questions pop up between sessions! Send me a private message through my health portal about a food, nutrition label (you can send photos too!), or any question you may have.
You’ll receive access to a food & mood journal through my health portal where you’ll be able to document your meals and receive regular feedback and troubleshooting on your meals.
Custom supplement recommendations and access to pharmaceutical-grade supplements handpicked by me.
You’ll receive lifetime access to Conquer PCOS: an online course with 20+ educational video modules outlining PCOS nutrition, lifestyle modifications, common PCOS supplements, cycle tracking, and fertility. Within the course are several downloadable resources including meal planning workbooks, recipe ebooks, and grocery guides.
My 3 month signature coaching program will guide you through the steps to regulate your period, reduce unwanted hair growth and hair loss, eliminate acne and carb cravings, and increase your energy. Step One
Apply for a free discovery call where we’ll discuss your unique struggles and goals to determine if my program is a good fit for your needs.
Step Two
If we’ve determined that we’re a good fit to work together and you decide to move forward, here’s what happens next:
a) Set a date for your initial session
b) Complete the formalities: contract, intake questionnaires, invoice
Step Three
During your first session, we’ll discuss what’s driving your PCOS symptoms, review any recent lab results (no worries if you haven’t had any recently, I can make recommendations for labs that will be helpful!), and begin discussing the nutrition foundations.
Step Three
Over the next 3 months, you’ll have full access to me as you navigate implementing your personalized nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement plan. Think of it as having a dietitian (and cheerleader!) in your back pocket for anything you may need!
