PCOS care that’s tailored to you, not a one-size-fits-all plan

Use your health insurance benefits to receive 1-on-1 nutrition counseling with a PCOS Dietitian!

Does this sound familiar?

→ You were told to just lose weight” — with no explanation of how or why your body feels so hard to work with.

→ You were prescribed birth control as the only way to get a period, without answers about what happens when you want to come off it or get pregnant.

→ You never know when your period will show up…next week, next month, or right in the middle of a vacation.

→ You’re overwhelmed by food rules: gluten-free, dairy-free, low-carb, sugar-free. There has to be a way to enjoy food and actually feel better, right?

You don’t need more willpower or another meal plan. You need ongoing, personalized PCOS care.

And for many clients, that support is covered by insurance!

Here's How It Works:

1. Verify Your Insurance Benefits

Click this link to verify your benefits. You’ll be directed to our HIPAA compliant platform to answer a few questions to determine if we offer coverage in your state and with your health insurance plan.

2. Schedule Your First Appointment

You’ll then be able to choose a date and time that works for you and book your first session with a dietitian experienced in PCOS care (no long waits or phone calls required!).

3. Get Your Coverage Details

Within 48hrs, we’ll reach out to your insurance company to confirm whether nutrition counseling appointments are covered under your plan + how many visits are covered.

4. Get Personalized PCOS Care

Start your journey with a PCOS Dietitian! You’ll get individualized support tailored to your symptoms, goals, and lifestyle.

Because PCOS care shouldn’t be one-size-fits-all.

We find that most commercial health insurance plans cover at least 3 nutrition counseling appointments per year at little to no-cost for you. Some insurance companies even cover unlimited appointments!

what does insurance cover?

One-on-One Coaching Appointments

Depending on your insurance plan, you may be covered for anywhere between three to an unlimited amount of 1:1 visits with your dietitian. In those sessions, we’ll do a deep dive into your medical history, labs, symptoms, and goals to establish a personalized nutrition plan. We can also create an individualized lifestyle and supplement plan if desired.

You will learn the foundations of PCOS nutrition, when to eat, how much to eat, and how to build balanced meals that you’ll love to eat. Personalized meal and snack recommendations will be provided, along with guidance on how to seamlessly implement them into your life.

want faster progress + even more support?

For those who want an extra layer of support, you can add the PCOS Plus Support Program in addition to your insurance-based coaching!

This is where the real magic happens: ongoing, personalized support from your dietitian! Navigating PCOS is hard, changing your habits is hard, but you don’t have to do it alone. Whether you need support, a cheerleader, or accountability, this is for you. Your PCOS dietitian will be with you every step of the way.

Here’s What’s Included in PCOS Plus Support:

Weekly Check-Ins

In addition to your regular 1:1 virtual nutrition coaching sessions, you’ll receive weekly check-ins from your dietitian. Each week, you’ll complete a brief check-in form to reflect on your wins and challenges, receive personalized feedback, and set small, realistic goals for the week ahead. These check-ins provide ongoing support, accountability, and encouragement as you build sustainable habits over time.

Have a question between sessions? Message your dietitian privately through our HIPAA-compliant portal—whether it’s about a food choice, a nutrition label (photos welcome!), or something you’re unsure about. Think of it as having a dietitian in your back pocket.

You’ll have access to a HIPAA-compliant food journal through our secure health portal, where you can log meals in a way that works for you: text entries or quick photos. You’ll receive regular, constructive feedback to help troubleshoot challenges and fine-tune your nutrition approach, so you can learn what truly works for your body.

You’ll receive lifetime access to Conquer PCOS, an online course featuring 20+ educational video modules covering PCOS nutrition, lifestyle strategies, common supplements, cycle tracking, and fertility. The course also includes downloadable resources such as meal planning workbooks, recipe eBooks, and grocery guides to support you between sessions and beyond!

I’m Kamryn! I am a registered dietitian that specializes in helping women with PCOS simplify nutrition and feel more in control of their bodies.

My own experience with PCOS led me to better understand how much hormones, nutrition and lifestyle are connected. Now, I help women balance their hormones, improve energy, and build realistic habits that last without extreme or restrictive plans.

I’m especially passionate about helping women build a strong foundation for their future, whether that’s improving overall health, supporting fertility, or preparing for pregnancy.

Having grown up in Vermont, I developed a passion for nutrition and exercise at an early age. I spent several years working at a local fitness center, where I helped create nutrition education materials. I also worked summers at a farm stand, gaining a deep appreciation for fresh, local and seasonal produce.

After graduating from the University of Vermont, I moved to Colorado where I have worked as both a registered dietitian and a personal trainer. I am known for my ability to help clients reach their health and nutrition goals with a kind, supportive, and motivating approach. My mission is to empower individuals to build confidence in taking control of their health, with a focus on disease prevention and overall well-being.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my husband and three children. I also love experimenting with recipes and finding creative ways to enhance their nutritional value.

frequently asked questions

What if I don't qualify for insurance coverage?

If your insurance plan does not cover nutrition visits, or if we’re not in-network with your plan, you’re still welcome to work with us through one of our self-pay options. HSA and FSA funds may be used for these visits. Upon request, we can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

All nutrition visits are conducted virtually through our secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, making it easy to attend sessions from the comfort of your home.

During your first appointment, your dietitian will take the time to understand your unique health history, PCOS symptoms, lifestyle, and goals. You’ll discuss your current habits, review labs or previous diet history, and work together to create a personalized plan to start improving your symptoms. This session is all about understanding you and setting a foundation for sustainable progress.

For the first few sessions, most clients meet with their dietitian every other week for 30 to 60 minute sessions. The schedule will always be personalized to fit your schedule and goals.

While you’ll brainstorm personalized meal ideas with your dietitian, you won’t receive a traditional one-size-fits-all meal plan. Instead, we focus on giving you the knowledge, tools, and strategies to be able to plan your own meals in any scenario. This approach helps you feel confident making food choices that fit your preferences, lifestyle, and PCOS goals.

No, we don’t focus strictly on weight loss. Weight gain or difficulty losing weight is often a symptom of PCOS. By addressing the root causes, weight changes may naturally occur, but we never recommend extreme measures solely for the sake of losing weight. We take a health-first approach, helping you improve your symptoms and overall well-being. Weight changes, if they happen, are a welcome side effect, not the goal.

We can recommend lab tests that may be helpful in guiding your PCOS care. You’re welcome to discuss these lab recommendations with your doctor and ask them to order them, or we can help facilitate lab testing depending on your state of residence.

If you’re interested in exploring dietary supplements, your dietitian can help guide you. We take an evidence-based approach and only recommend supplements when they’re appropriate for your individual health needs and goals.

No, food logging is absolutely not required! Some clients enjoy using it as an extra tool for fine-tuning their nutrition. If you choose to use this feature, your dietitian will provide regular feedback during your sessions to help you adjust and optimize your nutrition for how you feel best.

what clients are saying

Cassi
My labs showed pre-diabetes and high cholesterol. My provider instructed me to avoid carbs, which was unhelpful and stress-inducing. I realized I needed a different and reasonable path forward that was also sustainable. Working with Alyssa has created so much change in my life. As a lifelong chronic dieter, my relationship with food has changed! I no longer fear certain food groups, and I feel comfortable eating all foods and not feeling stressed or guilty about it. On top of that, my labs have improved significantly and I’m no longer obsessed with the scale. I am so grateful for Alyssa and this program and I’d highly recommend this program to anyone with PCOS who is struggling with finding a balanced eating pattern that actually works.
Carly
Working with Alyssa has really brought me to a place of freedom and balance with food! It never felt like we were trying to make any major overhaul - we took small steps and looked at how they were working (both mentally and physically) before moving on to the next step. By the end, I felt not only like we had made MAJOR progress on my insulin resistance and my PCOS symptoms, but I know with certainty that I can continue with this for the rest of my life! Alyssa does a great job of giving you info on how PCOS/insulin resistance works, and helping you to build a program that works specifically for you and your life to manage them…and she does it in a way so that you don’t feel like you’re thrown into the deep end and left to doggy paddle on your own. She’s your life vest as she teaches you to swim!
Kaitlin
Working with Alyssa was the BEST investment I could have made for my health. I feel so much better on a daily basis – I honestly didn’t realize how crappy I felt until I started to feel better. No more stomach pains, my bowels are consistent, my periods are regular, I’m losing weight consistently, I have way more energy, and my mood is a lot better also! Alyssa has help to set me on a path to finally be successful for the rest of my life and I’m so grateful.
Danielle
I knew that I needed to get out of the low carb eating cycle, I didn’t feel great and I was miserable all the time. Working with Alyssa helped me undo so much of what I had learned in other restrictive diet programs. My relationship with food is better and I’ve definitely learned to be more flexible and comfortable with my food choices. I also feel so much better physically, less cravings, not as uncomfortable when I have my period, and a lot more energy. That’s a HUGE plus!
