Ingredients

  • ¾ cup frozen blueberries
  • ¾ cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides unflavored
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend on high for 30-60 seconds or until smooth.
