Cottage Cheese Chocolate Pudding

This creamy chocolate pudding combines the chocolate flavors you love with cottage cheese to provide a high protein dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese full-fat preferred
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender (or use an immersion blender). Blend on high for about 60 seconds or until smooth and there's no longer any cottage cheese curds left.
  • Transfer to a bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Place in the fridge and allow to set for at least 1 hour.
  • Divide mixture into two servings and top with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days.
