These 4-ingredient protein popsicles are perfect for a summer afternoon. Made with Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, honey, and vanilla extract, they offer more protein than traditional popsicles and a creamy fruity taste you're sure to love!
In a high speed blender or food processor, blend all ingredients together until smooth. Tip: for chunkier popsicles, pulse the mixture instead of fully blending it to keep some fruit chunks intact.
Pour the blended yogurt mixture into silicone popsicle molds, leaving a small space at the top for expansion. Insert popsicle sticks. Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until completely frozen.
When ready to eat, run the outside of the popsicle mold under warm water for a few seconds to loosen the popsicles then gently pull them out and enjoy!
Notes
For even more protein, add a scoop of whey protein powder, vegan protein powder, or collagen peptides to the blender. I'd recommend using a vanilla protein powder. Try different fresh fruit. Use strawberries, blueberries, mango, pineapple, peaches, or a mix of whatever you have on hand. I love a combo of mango, pineapple, and shredded coconut for tropical island vibes.Keep these protein popsicles stored in the freezer in the popsicle mold or remove them and store in a freezer bag or airtight container. For more recipe variations, substitutions, and tips, see full blog post above.
