Now let’s dive right into my favorite PCOS supplements that Theralogix offers!
The Best Theralogix Products for PCOS
Theralogix is a US based company that manufactures and sells a wide range of dietary supplements in the United States and Canada.
I like this company for several reasons. They use quality ingredients in their research-backed supplements and voluntarily do third party testing on all of their products through NSF.
Since the supplement industry isn’t as tightly regulated by the US Food & Drug Administration (FDA), it’s not uncommon for supplements to have ingredients or suboptimal dosages in their products versus what they’re advertising on their labels. Third party testing ensures that what the company is advertising is what you’re actually getting.
I highly recommend ordering directly through Theralogix’s website (rather than from Amazon) since they can maintain proper quality control over their products. Using a Theralogix promo code through their website is typically the most affordable way to get these products, and it’s pretty easy to qualify for free shipping too.
Let’s take a look at some of my favorite PCOS products from Theralogix.
Ovasitol
Ovasitol is hands down the best inositol supplement and my favorite PCOS product that Theralogix offers. I’m sure you’ve probably seen the hype surrounding Ovasitol – it’s worth it, I promise.

Inositol is the most well-studied supplement for PCOS. Clinical trials have found that inositol can promote healthy hormone levels for those with PCOS by:
- Lowering blood sugar levels and insulin levels
- Reducing inflammation
- Lowering testosterone levels
- Improving menstrual regularity and ovulation
- Optimizing egg quality for fertility
- Decreasing the risk of gestational diabetes
- Decreasing cholesterol levels
- Lowering carbohydrate cravings
Ovasitol is a pure inositol supplement that provides a research-based blend of myo-inositol and d-chiro-inositol in the same ratio that’s naturally found in our bodies. For every two scoops of Ovasitol (or two single-serving packets), you’re getting 4,000 mg of myo-inositol and 100 mg of d-chiro-inositol.
It’s a tasteless powder that easily mixes into water, smoothies, tea, yogurt, or oatmeal.

Berberine
This ancient herb has become a popular nutritional supplement in the PCOS community. Research has found that berberine performs similarly or better than Metformin, which is often prescribed for PCOS but has many unpleasant side effects. In fact, berberine is actually better at promoting weight loss versus Metformin.
Theralogix carries a form of berberine that has enhanced absorption, so you can take a lower dose than what’s typically recommended but still get all of the amazing benefits.

Many people ask if you can take berberine and inositol together. The short answer is yes, but I highly recommend you talk to your doctor and read more about the combination here: Can I Take Berberine & Inositol Together for PCOS?
If you are interested in both of these supplements, Theralogix has a berberine and inositol bundle that’s discounted (plus you can add the 15% off code for more savings!).
CurcuSorb
Curcumin is a substance derived from turmeric that has major health benefits for PCOS such as lowering androgen levels, insulin resistance, chronic inflammation, and cholesterol levels.
CurcuSorb is Theralogix’s trademarked name for their curcumin supplement. There’s also a discounted bundle of CurcuSorb and Ovasitol together if you’d benefit from both of these supplements.

Theranatal Complete Prenatals
It’s no secret that getting pregnant with PCOS may be challenging for some people, particularly if you’re not ovulating regularly.
If you’re trying to conceive now, or thinking about your fertility in the future, you’ll probably want to consider a high quality prenatal vitamin supplement.
There’s lots of nutrients that can improve your fertility and help you have a healthy pregnancy. Theranatal Complete is one of the most affordable, all-inclusive prenatal vitamins on the market. It contains ample amounts of iron, vitamin D, choline, DHA, and folate needed for a healthy pregnancy.

NeoQ10 Coenzyme Q10
Coenzyme Q10 is a vital nutrient for PCOS. It can promote healthy insulin levels, improve egg quality, inflammation, testosterone levels, DHEA-S levels, and hirsutism. CoQ10 is also a helpful supplement for those who are taking statins, a type of prescription for high cholesterol levels.
Theralogix uses the patented VESIsorb, which is better absorbed, in its CoQ10 supplement: NeoQ10. This means your body can absorb more of this concentrated CoQ10 supplement.

The Bottom Line
Theralogix is a high quality supplement company based in the United States. They offer shipping to the United States and Canada.
Many of their products can be helpful for those with PCOS. My favorite Theralogix products are Ovasitol, Berberine, CurcuSorb, Theranatal Complete, and NeoQ10.
In the United States, you can use this link or enter PRC: 202702 for a 15% discount. In Canada, you can use the discount code: ALYSSA.

Have you heard of someone taking ovasitol while also taking metformin and spironolactone and if so did they have any negative side effects?
Low blood sugar can happen when combining Metformin and inositol together. I’d always recommend double checking with your healthcare provider before starting anything new.
